About Headforge Sourcing cylinder-head procurement
Separate buyer, coordinator and supplier responsibilities for engine cylinder head programs. Headforge Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner; it does not cast heads, own foundries or claim vehicle-maker authorization.
Responsibilities and evidence boundaries
Procurement for cylinder heads fails when casting identity, assembly contents and commercial terms are compared as if they were the same offer. This charter keeps those decision points visible without inventing factory history, customer counts or savings percentages.

When kit versus individual pricing appears, insist on a BOM so valves and studs are not silently assumed. When sample approval is granted, record which checks must repeat for later batches so lot consistency is not taken for granted.
